I have several programs on my computer for malware and spyware. I got SuperAntispyware several years ago and since then I have changed to another one. But I am not capable to uninstall this program. First I got the pop up that I was not an administrator.
I fixed that problem. Now when I go to uninstall it gives me the message that it cannot complete it. I want it off my computer. It slows it down, and last day this company charged my credit card and I was not capable to get the charges taken off. The credit
card carrier said that since I had done business with them in the past, that they did not see it as a fraudulent charge. I called several numbers to SuperAntispyware. The first one was an invalid number. Then I got the number from the Credit card company.
That number directed me to call another number, which said that the number was not legitimate. I tried again and got a person, but after several attempts at explaining that the charges were not legitimate, I did not use the product and I actually seek to delete
it from my computer, they said that they would be happy to delete it if I would give them remote access to my computer. Foreign accent, the whole bit. At this point I realized this was probably not a good idea and I hung up. So please ANYONE, with windows
10, tell me how to get this crap off of my computer. BTW I paid the 59 dollars on the credit card and closed the account and told them to take their business elsewhere since they were not helping me. Read More

a re-post for thought
No, it will not help.
In fact, I want everyone who will see this, to notice a very important MS moment displacement issue. This cram of problems with apps and the windows squirrel away is almost all from 2015. See much of anything that says “HOORAY!!! my problems are fixed, the humanity
is now in harmony!”
Of course not & it;s now 2017. “things that make ya go hmmm”
In fact, there seems to be only one person who truly knows how and HAS fixed this issue.
And what did he do to fix all of his MS problems?
He completely wiped his hard drive and did a COMPLETE reinstall of operating classification and then did the measured process of re-installing all of his software and files. This is the only way around almost all of MS issues and you will have to do it somewhat often
or buy a new computer every moment which is as good as to the same obsession. There is no realized final result AT ALL, that is in our, the average consumers, humanity-of-expectations. There are only band-aids that might exert yourself but only just, if at all, and certainly
not for any reasonable amount of moment.
Bottom line to fix MS issues = complete save over of your hard drive, eliminate all, then a complete factory like re-install like the day you bought it. Then the arduous process of re-installing all your valid programs and files.
Consumers, don’t like this answer? Then quit text to this situate and expecting competent fixes.
Experts, don’t like this answer? Then start off listening to the only answer that should mean anything to you and MS…..”Thank you, that fixed my problem and it was really easy for me to do.”
How good are the answers and the steps needed to enable the fix if its way above the pay grade of the average consumer and is more apt for someone with at least intermediate skills as an IT Whiz!?
And one other note to MS. You really should have a person or a bunch that goes back through all these forums to see if us, you know the down-trodden consumer with the computer issues; if our questions were truly answered. If our problems were fixed. Just
letting the question/bad resolution little by little fade into the past and ignoring it…well that’s just not cool at all. (this is rhetorical)
And if you do have such a person or bunch!?
Then what are your checks and balances to ensure they are doing their job at all, much less competently? (this is rhetorical)
You are better than this…or at least you used to be!
Everything was running fine on my laptop until I tried to download a pdf file from the internet.
The download was failed and after that my laptop started to freeze every spell I right click an icon (in Desktop or folders) and the microsoft office programs freeze as well when I try to double click them to open. But I can open them by File –> Open method.
I installed an antivirus and cleaned my computer from malwares. But the problem is still there.
What to do?
This has nothing to do with the Dropbox or the Start issues which the approach suggested.
Windows 10, file explorer:
1) A customized folder icon in my consumer partition is correctly displayed.
2) The folder is dragged using File Explorer to a removable disk drive.
3) On the removable drive, the default icon is shown, not the customized one. However, the desktop.ini file was copied correctly (example: IconResource=C:\WINDOWS\System32\shell32.dll,176)
I can’t burn any CD’s on windows 10. I have even installed the very latest burning programmes from NCH and Sluice. When I have finished the burn it says ‘CD now ready to play, but when I try to play it my CD player says "Error". I am thought of buying
an old computer and installing windows 5, (that was the best for burning). Is there a remote burner I can buy? I have a computer CD that has every "Beatles"song on it, words and all. I can burn it but it no longer plays. I am 73 yrs old not tech savy, and
burning CD’s was my hobby. I think windows 10 was one ‘SHITY’ deal ! any suggestions? Read More

this morning. I tried shutting down the computer and restarting it and still had the same issue. I tried running the troubleshooter, and it came up with error 0x80070003 that it couldn’t fix. There is no software distribution folder, so the long operate around
isn’t function. How do we fix this issue?

I am trying to modernize a succeed computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Our other 5 PCs were upgraded months ago without incident.
During the install process, I was instructed that the PC would restart many times. It seemed to block doing anything after a while, but I decided to give it instance. 3 hours later, I forced a reboot.
Now the farthest it gets is the blue Win10 logo and the gyratory circle. Then a blank screen (or the monitor’s “Out of Range” message).
After reading related threads, I’ve tried unplugging the mouse and the attached drawing slab, but to no effect.
Hello. Whenever I open a new tab on Chrome it always shows up as this. When I search with it, it searches with a URL called “search.fulltabsearch.com”. Its like some separate of browser hijacker? I checked Chore Manager, there is no process. I checked extensions,

When switching on my PC (Windows 10) the Internet connection fails because it is trying to connect to “192.168.0.10,” which I discovered to be the IP address of Virgin Media, my ISP.
When I don’t get a connection at all (every now and again), MS diagnostics identify and fix:
“Problems found: “Local Area Connection” doesn’t have a well-founded IP configuration”

Downgrade to from Windows 10 to Windows 7 – do I get EXACTLY the same organization I had before the upgrade?
The theme says it all… I had been hard Windows 10 for some point in time as an Insider and I really, really coudn’t get to like the interface so I’m back to Windows 7 x64 Home Premium. I have upgraded my W7 installation and activated W10 before the 29th July
2016, so that I’m able to do the improve and reinstalled W7 clean. Now I decided to maybe give W10 another go, but I would really not want to go through hassle of another clean W7 install in case anything goes improper with the potential unistallation.
How does the downgrade process go exactly? Do I get precisely the same organization I had before the improve or it’s a huge mess after W10 uninstallation?
Am I maybe better off with creating an image of my SSD before the improve and then just restoring it?

For about a month and a half now I’ve been getting this BSoD while my computer has been powered on. It happens regardless of wether it is in use or not. As long as it’s powered and switched on it crashes after 30minutes to 1 hour.
After a bit of searching I found it could possibly be because of either: a corrupt driver or an outdated driver, though I’m undecided if that is the case which is why I ask. If it is a faulty driver I’d like to know how I can find it.
The computer boots up fine and working for 30 minutes to an hour without problems before shutting down.
