Cant authorize in to One Drive using mobile app
To address your concern, provide the answers to the following:
- Is the OneDrive app up-to-date?
- Does the issue persist when trying to access your OneDrive from the web browser?
- Have you checked if you have a long-standing internet connection?
In the meantime, we put it to somebody that you uninstall then reinstall your OneDrive app.
