Will Microsoft Office, Home and Learner 2013 run on W10. I have W10 pro raise on my computer and have just purchased a product key to the 2013 Home and Learner. Info on the box the product key came in states it is for Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 only. I had Home
and Learner 2010 operating on a W10 raise computer without any problems so assumed that the Home and Learner 2013 would drudgery too. Presently I have Office 365 personal donation but plan to substitution to a permeant office package. The computer is an HP 8000

listed in that reply. See reply from Andre Da Costa, 6-7-2015. I would greatly appreciate your comments and suggestions.

I tried to fix it with ‘Program_Install_and_Uninstall.meta‘ but it also doesn’t help.
I took an advice to uninstall all the Microsoft Visuall C++ and then install it again.. Because a program was trying to install Visual C++ redistributable Package 2013 x86 and it goes in to a loop where no triumph and it tries to install for ever… It won’t
The same loop happened when ‘Program_Install_and_Uninstall.meta‘ tried to uninstall the program…
Further more the list that ‘Program_Install_and_Uninstall.meta‘ displays to choose which application is the problem is not consistent with the ‘Program and feature’ list!
I did managed to uninstall both Microsoft Visuall C++ 2005 from the routine and Visuall C++ 2013 (x86) doesn’t extravaganza up in my routine!
I also tried to install ‘Visuall C++ 2013 Redistributable package (x86), but like the all other attempts It just at a complete loss at the ‘initializing’ process…
but the list that ‘Program_Install_and_Uninstall.meta‘ still shows:
the (x86) & (x64) bit versions of the Visuall C++ Redistributable package 2005 both; ‘Minimum and Additional Runtime’ versions as well as all the versions of Visuall C++ Redistributable package 2013 and 2015 as if they are in my routine… Whole of 8 programs.
Yet, in ‘Programs And Features’ it only shows these three programs:
Visuall C++ 2013 Redistributable package (x64)
Visuall C++ 2015 Redistributable package (x64)
Visuall C++ 2015 Redistributable package (x86)
I also doesnloaded ‘TotalUninstaller’ but the warnings scare me and I don’t even know that’s any ting to do with my problem..
Is this a scam or does it really need to be done. I am very leary of scams like this one! Read More
I have a PC with Windows 10 O/S running Office 2013 – Outlook 2013 and synced to my Live.com account via Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. The Live.com account is the only email account I use that has contacts. I also sync to my Samsung Galaxy S5 using the
Verizon email and contacts apps.
Repeatedly over the last 2 months one contact I’ve deleted keeps reappearing. I have so much as deleted it from the Outlook account, the Outlook Web Account and the Verizon account. I check all 3 accounts and its good. Then hours or a day or two later it
reappears for no rhyme or reason. The same goes for contacts where I have modified the information; just realized this a week or so ago.
I can no longer belief any changes to my contacts. I’ve read and tried numerous fixes to no avail such as disabling all Add-ins and nothing changes.
A fix would be appreciated.

One of the computers here at exertion has been having outlook issues across the board. Unhurriedly but confidently I think I’m getting them fixed but this one has me perplexed.

Also, one email in exclusive from myself sent to the email address associated with the computer on 12-5 keeps regenerating itself into the INBOX folder. But also multiple times (like 3 or 4). It has done this everyday since Monday multiple times.

Have MS Pro 2013 Outlook- Recent required November 2013 promotion caused numerous problesms. See below.
I have MS Professional 2013 Outlook
I deleted and recreated each of our 3 Outlook accounts per instructions to sycn with the recent (fall 2016) upgrades to Outlook. Several strange (not good) things happened.
1. We now give you an idea about an”Outlook Data File”. It looks exactly like our preupgrade format and contains all our email and subfolders up to the calculate we upgraded, but nothing since then. We can dispatch email from it, but they only give you an idea about up in the distinct sec itons
created for each of our email addresses. What do I do with the Outlook Data File?
2. Previously all three of our email addresses came to the same inbox, sent folder, etc. Now we have distinct sections for each account. This is very cumbersome. How can we get them to be displayed in the same inbox, sent box, etc.?
3. We now have 2 accounts for our primary address showing almost the same email, but I only set up one. One shows a “(1)” behind the entitlement and the maitre d’hotel is shown as “eas.outlook.com” which is the same as the other 2 accounts. When the promotion was finished
it uploaded all the email since we bought the computer and software and shows it all as unread. This account has about 100 more emails then the second primary account that was set-up (not by me). See next paragraph.
A second primary address showed up with about 100 less emails. It shows a “(2)” after the entitlement. It’s maitre d’hotel is shown as “outlook.office365.com”. Can I delete one of these duplicates of our primary address? And what about the 100 email discrepsancy
in the 2 addresses inboxes? The 2 duplicate addresses have the same number of sent addresses – again going back about 3 years.
4. Of course the new upgraded addresses have lost all my changes to the formats, but I assume I have to fix that myself, item by item, by item.
Any advice would be appreciated. I don’t want to blindly fire up making changes that might result in making things worse.
I followed the steps I received from the Outlook working party in the email with the branch of learning “Action Required: Re-connect Outlook 2016/2013 to Outlook.com” on 11/10 but cannot reconnect my profile. The error I receive is: “An encrypted connection to your email maitre d’hotel

Can anyone help?
I have Windows 8.1 64-bit, Office 2013, Outlook 2013 on desktop, using Hotmail email account. I received email on 11/10/16 to re-connect Outlook 2016/2013 to Outlook.com.
I did nothing. On 11/18/16, I congested receiving emails on my Hotmail account.
On 11/21/16, I tried using the instructions in the 11/10/16 email from MS to fix the problem. The instructions were not that clear. However, I removed my Hotmail account from Outlook(Outlook===>File===>Account Info=====>Account===>Remove). Restarted
my PC. Tried to Add my Hotmail email account back to Outlook, but Autodiscover was unable to find xxxxx.Hotmail.com account; received message: cannot find encrypted signon, try using unencrypted or manual setup.
I am not capable to add my Hotmail account back to Outlook and my original account is gone. How can I get my Hotmail account connected to Outlook.com so it can vocation again? Frustrated!
I am in need of help as soon as possible and will try to be as clear as I can with what I’m experiencing so here goes –
I purchased Outlook 2013 for my desktop (for over $100) in August 2013 and, overall, very pleased. However, when I opened it days gone by, it connected and then within seconds – disconnected. This kept happening several times as I kept closing it and re-opening
it so I then decided to un-install the entire program and then just re-install it view that would get to the bottom of the problem.
Only now, things are shoddy – when I click on the outlook icon and it appears to be opening, it doesn’t open at all 🙁 The blue screen that appears on my screen saying it is “loading profile” just sits there then box pops up that reads “The connection to
microsoft exchange is out of stock. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action. I then click OK in this box and then a gray pop-up period appears with a general tab asking me to provide the name of my Microsoft Exchange wine waiter and mailbox
and click Check Name. Once the names have been checked and underlined click OK.
I cannot go any further because I don’t know what to nature in those boxes – I tried eas.outlook.com for the wine waiter and Anita Galante for the mailbox and nothing happens so I click OK and the next box pops up stating the following – Cannot open Microsoft
Outlook. Cannot open the outlook period. The set of folders cannot be opened. The file C:\users\ANITAG\appData\Local\Microsoft\AnitaGalante – Anita.ost is not an Outlook data file(.ost).\
I am desperate for a key in stride-by-stride easy to empathize instructions to get my desktop Outlook 2013 effective efficiently again so if there are any “hidden files” I need to find and delete and re-install my program again if that will product, please let
me know as soon as possible.
Thanks, as always, for all your help and I look forward to your reply.

Since last upgrading of Outlook.com to Outlook Web App, my Outlook 2013 client keep asking me for authentication on my Outlook.com accounts.
I have two Outlook.com account, and both are set up with two-steps certification. For both of them, I created an app password and used it with my Outlook 2013 client.
After receiving an email about possible issues with the new upgrading of Outlook.com, I did what was advise in the email, I removed my two account of my Outlook 2013 client and add them back again using a new app password from my outlook.com accounts.
It’s also the alternative workaround from this post: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/oemail-oapps/reconnect-outlook-2016-or-outlook-2013-to/865c7331-c700-4adf-b1e1-5b9d661b37d9
But since I did that, no matter if the checkbox to remember my credentials is ticked, every moment in time I inaugurate my Outlook 2013 client, it keeps asking me to authenticate again (hopefully I keep a copy of those app passwords somewhere otherwise I would have to ask
for a new app password every moment in time).
I know that the app passwords are effective because after authentication, everything facility fine. It’s just that I doesn’t seem to pile up them.

[Action Required] Re-connect Outlook 2016/2013 to Outlook.com after advance — multiple Outlook installations?
I received the “[Action Required] Re-connect Outlook 2016/2013 to Outlook.com after upgrade” e-mail.
I have Outlook 2016 installed on several computers, pursuant to my Office 365 subscription; all of them are currently configured to access my Outlook account, as well as other accounts.
“Option 2” indicates that I should remove my Outlook account from my existing profile, then re-add it.
Do I need to go through this remove/re-add process on each machine, or will doing it just once suffice?
Re-connect Outlook 2016/2013 to Outlook.com after promotion (alias problem and "from" address nonsense)
After receiving an email this morning from the Outlook.com set notifying me that I needed to reconnect my Office 2016 Outlook client to my Outlook.com account I promptly followed the directions and everything reconnected just fine. However, I now have a
problem. When I propel an email the from address now shows up like outlook_123456789ABCDEFGH (at) outlook.com. I have tried more things to fix this than I’m willing to document here including registry hacks to rename folders and rename the accounts but nowhere
can I figure out how to change the from address.
The only option when backdrop up a new account is to use the default Outlook autodiscover option which means you must use an outlook.com, live.com or Hotmail.com address to log in. I used to login with an alias (that I seek after to use as a from address and
so I could precursor my emails with an S/MIME cert) but now that’s not an option. So, I enter in my (at)outlook.com account and after authenticating using an App Password (since I have two-stride confirmation crooked on which Outlook doesn’t bracket) the username
gets changed to something like outlook_123456789ABCDEFGH (at) outlook.com.
Now when I propel emails this is what shows up as the from address and the reply address and I can’t precursor any of my emails with my S/MIME cert as I don’t have one for the garbage address that Outlook now uses.
So my belief was to do a manual head waiter setup instead but the instructions referenced in:
say “in the Mail head waiter box, key in the name of your server” with instructions on how to get that name if you are an Outlook.com consumer:
Tips: Need help finding the name of your mail server? If you have an Outlook.com account, for example, precursor in, and then on the command bar, choose
Under Mail, choose Accounts > POP and IMAP, and take note of the head waiter name.
All that is listed there is IMAP and SMTP head waiter address. The head waiter address for Outlook.com Exchange is not listed. So, I looked at the Mail app on Windows 10 and it uses eas.outlook.com as the address. However when I use that head waiter address the head waiter
key in in Outlook is described at Exchange Active Sync rather that the autodiscover setup which is described as Microsoft Exchange and has a much different dialog of options for connecting the account.
So, the question is how do I fix this? This seems like a huge screw up for the Outlook.com set to have such rubbish outlook_123456789ABCDEFGH (at) outlook.com address that can’t be changed. Is eas.outlook.com the same as using autodiscover or is eas.outlook.com
the old head waiter that Microsoft wants me to remove? If it is the same as using autodiscover why are the account options so different? This is a mess.
I had all of my hotmail messages linked to Outlook 2013, and swiftly they don’t appear anymore in Outlook, although all the folders are still there, just empty. If I go into the web-based hotmail/outlook everything is fine, but now I have to knob between
two email clients when it used to be all accessed through Outlook 2013.
I haven’t changed any settings.
Folks – I have Outlook 2013 synced to AOL thru IMAP. Recently my new In Box messages in AOL have synced to Outlook 2013 only intermittently.
1. Was there some Windows renew this time that messed this up that I can delete?
2. More broadly, any proven suggestions for remedying this?
I just downloaded Microsoft MapPoint 2013 north America and I’m trying to activate it but because it is discontinued I can’t download it.
Does anyone know where I can get a product key or does anyone know a product key?
My product key does not work.
Starting 2 days ago, when I get a new email in, read it, then move it to a folder, every email in that folder changes to unread, then the procedure counts down backwards as each email is then automatically changed back to read. This happens in the Inbox, Sent,
and Ruin folders as well as every other folder I created. Some of my folders have thousands of email and it takes minutes for them to all clear back to read, tying up Outlook.
Any fixes out there?
Hopefully this will be fixed by Microsoft soon. This on-hover tips
“feature” in Office 2013 type is really going backward of Office tools usability.
