I have not used my hotmail account for a while, but I occasionally gesture back in to make sure to keep the account active since I have over a decade’s appeal of emails saved in folders – they are very important emails that I never deleted (nor forwarded to
my other main email to keep/store).
Today, January 12, 2017, I signed back in and it upgraded me to OUTLOOK. none of my emails are there. How can you just delete emails that are saved in folders and have never been deleted despite inactivity – just because they are stored in a folder and not
opened regular doesn’t make them inactive. And, clearly my account is still active because I can gesture into it.
Yes, it may have been more than 365 days but that’s no reason to delete thousands of important and personal emails.
If there is no way of restoring these emails and Microsoft easily deletes a HISTORY of emails – that’s highly problematic so please help me restore all of my emails.
So the recent past I updated my password and security etc as I belief that my emails or account of some organize may have been hacked.
I pushed the button “Remove confidential devices” as I belief if someone did have access then that would remove their device from my account.
I have tried logging into my iPhone emails today and have lost all my emails that were session in my inbox. I’m still receiving them fine as the ones since I updated my password have come through but nothing before then..
This is the only password that I changed so it must have something to do with this..
Can you help me recover my emails please??? Some of them are really important
I keep getting message
Error ID: 0x8DE00005
I am not computer literate to make the required change to Outlook and save my old emails – or open a new Outlook set up.
I have never had issues with live mail before, and have several legal emails saved on my old site.

Hi there, I have a question about my emails. My account was hacked for almost three months and I have just recovered my account. however I was not good enough to know is it possible to recover my three months of emails ? any help would be great thanks.
Original name: emails
I used Windows Live Mail 2012 and outlook.com. When outlook.com updated WLM 2012 closed running. Now when I launch email, Half of my contacts put on view the correct contact name. The rest shows the email address in place of the contracts name. I have deleted
several contacts and reentered them to see if that would fix it, but it remained the same. How do I fix This? Read More
I’ve had my email account for around 10 years.
However, my most recent message is 2013.
I used to have even older messages. Where have these gone? I think they used to be in a ‘pop’ folder (whatever that means) but now that is gone as an option for me to select.
Yesterday I opened my Outlook.com account and to my come upon, more than 1 day of emails just gone astray !
I tried to recover the lost emails but I could only get about 1 month of them. I did read allot of post since this morning but nothing is running. I access this account everyday so it’s not a ” you have to access it every year” obsession. They just gone astray,
for no reason.
Wow, I am in deep take pain, I had some very important emails in there.
Can someone help me out ??
I’ve looked through several other posts but haven’t found the answer —
I have tried logging directly into my account on Outlook.com from IE, Chrome and Firefox and get the same result –My emails are not conveyance out.
They go promptly to drafts folder with no errors or alerts.
I cleared browser cookies and history.
I haven’t been conveyance to large quantities of addressees nor have I been blasting emails.
The emails are to different addresses, different domains.
I have tried accessing my Outlook.com email from my effect computer (while at effect) as well as my home computer (from home) and get the same result.
I finally sent from my effect email and deleted the emails from my Outlook DRAFTs folder.
This also happened last month then cleared up momentarily.
I’ve read some users’ outbound Outlook emails do end up conveyance out from the drafts folder but I didn’t hold your horse for that as my messages are stretch delicate and had no idea how long to hold your horse for them to forward.
I have my Google email forwarding to my Outlook account but that shouldn’t affect conveyance OUT, right? Just in case it was a capacity issue, I deleted emails from the Google bunk and sent folders but I still cannot forward from Outlook.
how can I prevent these? a previous post go to the gear icon to find look filters, except I cannot find a gear icon on the screen I am in my Microsoft account but there is n icon that I can find. I have windows 10..wud appreciate some help. thanks Read More

I have been receiving junk emails.
What is the best way, proposed by Microsoft, to block junk emails for my Hotmail as of nowadays, in 2017?
I am using Widows 7 and IE 11
I have read previous posts on here and you are saying the problem is because my computer may have been compromised.
I find this hard to believe as I have not had it a week yet.
Yes I do have a very good security scheme which is more than up to the job of getting rid of other spam.
I am getting fed up with getting emails from myself 6 in the present day so far or they can’t be blocked because the email address is invalid.
Surely with all the tech that Microsoft has it should be able to work out this problem.
If it gets much of poor quality I will be changing the email address that I have had for years
everyone. Let me tell you that I’ve already included the email in the spam list. I kept choosing spam and move the emails into junk. And every age I delete the email, it sends me another email just like so ridiculous. Please help.thanks
When I try selecting block of emails to deleting, it keeps complaining that I should select fewer email to delete.
Is there a command line benefit to delete emails from certain user.
I have my own email wine waiter and my own (new) domain name that I’m just using for personal use (not distribution any kind of bulk emails at all). I’m able to convey email to anyone, including Gmail users, but Hotmail users never receive my emails at all. The emails
don’t end up in their Spam folder, they just never receive the emails at all. Hotmail returns a 250 “Queued mail for delivery” message as if everything is ok. But the email never ends up in the Hotmail mailbox.
I’ve done all of the following (as recommended by online guides):
Setup a SPF record
Setup a DMARC record
Setup a reverse DNS record
HELO must be a host name not an IP
Make sure that your IP is not on a blacklist
Use a stationary IP address for your server
Signboard up for JMRP and SNDS
I’ve verified with Gmail and other providers that the SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, etc., is all set up correctly. I waited an extra week just to see if Hotmail has some kind of a problem with new domains or DNS propagation. But it still doesn’t work.
It working with every major email repair except Hotmail.
Any other ideas?
For a few weeks I do not receive any email that I request, such as a confirmation email for a website registration. Even after a second or third request to resend, not received, even after days of behind you. It does not go to Junk Email. None of these addresses
are on my block list. I tried on different browsers, different computers. I do receive plenty of spam email daily as well as email from my contacts. What do I need to adjust that will open my account to receive confirmation emails? Read More

I am not capable to print emails since Dec. 20, 2016 on my computer. I can open the attachments and print no problem. I can print all my documents with no problem. I cannot print the email messages that come in the inbox or the sent box. I use IE 11 and

I cannot print Outlook emails using right click or ellipsis (…) print option. Doesn’t print in Explorer or Chrome. This just started a couple of days ago. I tried my home computer and office computer with the same results; gap opens to a blank page
to print, no content. Thanks.
I am trying to backup emails for come off onto our network. I highlighted all emails (79) from one outlook folder and dragged them over to a folder on our network drive. All 79 emails copied successfully. I then highlighted all emails (45) in another outlook
folder and dragged them over to a folder on our network drive. Only 13 emails copied successfully. I tried doing it again and the dialogue box pops up with options "copy and replace" and "do not copy." It didn’t even give me the standard "copy and keep both files"
option. The bottom of the dialogue box also gave me the option to "do this to the next 44 items." I tried copying them over individually but I’m not sure if I’m replacing different emails or replacing duplicate emails since many of them have the same matter line,
which becomes the filename of the archived email. There are even emails with single matter lines that are not being copied over. By highlighting all emails and dragging, I have never been able to copy more than 17 emails from that folder, yet the folder
before, with almost twice the number of emails, had no issues. I’ve deleted all emails in the archived folder and tried to do the same craze with a fresh folder with the same results a few times (I think that’s the definition of insanity, which is how I’m
feeling right now). What’s going on? Is my computer just being lazy or what? Read More
today I signed in my outlook mail account and found all my emails have been deleted ( not even in deleted items )… and that is a very big problem for me.
I think there was an outlook advance just before I lose my emails.
P.s: I signed in almost weekly.
Would you help me to restore my emails!

I have read all the posts regarding the purge of emails in the deleted (recovery/purge) section of Outlook online but cannot find any of the options mentioned relating to stopping deleted emails from being retained in a deleted (recovery) folder somewhere.
To delete these old emails one by one would take me hours. Is there a way of selecting them all to purge them? Is there a folder somewhere I can access to delete them?
As I am have a Windows 7 Laptop and still use Windows Live Mail 2012 with the IMAP settings to access my mail is this the reason that I cannot access the settings necessary to prevent deleted emails from being archived for recovery? Is there a way I could
discontinue the deleted emails from being archived for possible recovery using my set up?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I has been using CDOSYS to fire emails through my profesional mail account from an Access aplication, but since my organization has move the servers to Outlook.com i’m getting an error:
“The maitre d’ refuse the dispatcher address. Maitre D’ answer: 530 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to fire anonymous mail during MAIL FROM”
I have configured the method with outlook.office365.com as SMTP, port 587 and TLS, wich suppodsely is the right way.
Could someone explain me how to explain this problem?
Thanks in advance.

I have an old email adress where I have quite a large amount of emails that I want to save. It would be great if I could transfer/copy the emails on my old hotmail account to my outlook one. I don’t want to go through the procedure and forward every specific

I keep getting emails from various sites (see below) is there a way to block them?
Thanks in advance

How can that be possible? It’s a disaster.
Do you have any idea how to get them back?
Your help is much appreciated.
I’ve been left with just one page of emails. All others – except those stored in isolated files – have been wiped. A few more can be found in pop (but it is a laborious process searching for them by the name of the person who sent them) but even then, there
they seem to go back just to 2014.
Pls can someone tell me why this has happened and if there is any way of getting them back.
My account has not been hacked and I have not synced it to a new device, etc.
