I have not used my hotmail account for a while, but I occasionally gesture back in to make sure to keep the account active since I have over a decade’s appeal of emails saved in folders – they are very important emails that I never deleted (nor forwarded to
my other main email to keep/store).
Today, January 12, 2017, I signed back in and it upgraded me to OUTLOOK. none of my emails are there. How can you just delete emails that are saved in folders and have never been deleted despite inactivity – just because they are stored in a folder and not
opened regular doesn’t make them inactive. And, clearly my account is still active because I can gesture into it.
Yes, it may have been more than 365 days but that’s no reason to delete thousands of important and personal emails.
If there is no way of restoring these emails and Microsoft easily deletes a HISTORY of emails – that’s highly problematic so please help me restore all of my emails.

Can not see attachments that were saved to an event in outlook calendar by an ‘edit’ permissioned consumer
We have a collective calendar and both of us users have ‘edit’ privileges. I can not see the attachments the other punter posts and travel permit versa. Why? Can I fix this?

I bought a new desktop with windows 10. I installed outlook 2016. I need to copy the emails that I have on my old desktop windows xp. The old computer has outlook express. I need this explained to me in austere language. I do not want to use outlook.com.
I take care of my 93 day old Mom’s “Hotmail” to take care of as she hasn’t a computer nor is she computer literate.
I now have some new information about the problem that I posted back on Monday, 26 December.
I log into my Mom’s account (via I.E., as my Firefox does not function for Mom’s e-mail), and instead of “Outlook Mail” (my “Inbox”) I get this asinine “Focused Other” with the garbage message in the center of “Your Focused inbox is cleared; Stance Other
inbox.” I replied to an e-mail she received form “MSN” about this B.S., but they have not bothered to reply.
Is it easily me, or has anyone else found that “outlook.com” has to be the absolute nasty member of staff serving at table ever made?
If anyone intelligent may be able to explain what is going on, I would be most grateful and appreciative of an explanation.

I’m running a Windows 7 PC. I can select the Emails to delete, but when I click on the “Delete” button, nothing happens.
When I exit “Search”, the Emails are still there. I have tried Internet Explorer, and Chrome. Both behave the same way.

Hi. For the past few months, maybe since the new-look Outlook.com, I’ve been having problems with my email account. On my iPhone 6s Plus (using the Mail app) when I try to send out an email I get an error message saying “message not sent”. This is immediately
followed by an email from the Outlook.com squad saying I need to initial in to my account to validate it. I click the link, initial in and style in the characters on the screen. It then signs me in to my account. I can then go back to my Mail app and it now allows me
to send out my email.
This is fine for a couple of hours then it happens all over again. It happens on various WIFI networks, 4G & 3G.
Also as frequently on my Macbook Pro (2012, Mac OS Sierra 10.12.2) using either Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari I can enter my username and password on Outlook.com but then it doesn’t get to my email inbox page, it just tries to load but then eventually
says “unable to reach server”.
I’ve no idea what to do or where to launch and I can’t find a number to call or email address to ask for help. If anyone can help that would be great.
When I hit convey, mail seems to convey, but doesn’t and stays in Draft folder.
If I then continue on the draft email, I cannot edit manuscript or convey, only forward.
Problem started late December 2016, on both Web based outlook.com and from my iPhone app.
Recently my outlook 2010 lost the ability to connect with my hotmail and live email accounts.
I have tried all behaviour to reconnect them all and it seems to masterpiece, until it tries to receive from the hotmail or live account.
I keep getting the same message;

I lost my Lumi 820 some schedule back, I forgot to enable the “find my phone”.
Now, I would like to know if there is any way to find the outlook email ID and other details that has the same IMEI number of my phone tagged.
Basically, if there is microsoft link where we enter IMEI and we get the details of all the usernames accounts tagged to this device.
I can then try to dig more to find the thief.

My Hotmail account that first went to Live. com, has now been moved to Outlook Email. Currently I can still get emails in Outlook email, from anyone who emails my original Hotmail email. This is pleasing…

outlook major sync issues regards win 10 pro dsktop app – contrast to Edge favorites bar outlook practice
A problem is how to define this problem with brief clarity. I am guessing when I added outlook to the favorites bar of Edge of win 10 pro the problem began with my go to desktop outlook app. Accessing via the desktop app now results in two messages both
involving “not synced” or nothing to sync as if the desktop outlook app folders are empty. They are empty!
At this point I need clarity: Please tell me what is being synced to what?
Is this what happens if you download the mobile app? If I did-not sure, think I did. Is it syncing my main desktop outlook app – the desktop app to the mobile app and that is the sync which is not effective for me or is it another issue?
All the file folders of the desktop app are still empty. (It is as if the mobile app “synced” all the files to the Edge on/in the Favorites Bar location and in the process moved them out of the desktop app and now there is nothing to sync between the two
apps – just sayin–only scenario I got.
When this was first experienced with no fixes self-evident I freaked but using the app within Edge all was there. Each folder had the emails I expected and had saved.
As you can see I am lost and have to idea of the steps to a fix what seems to be a problem now of vanishing emails that were in my desktop app. which are now only available via the Edge Favorites Bar.
There was no info preceding Edge attachment install that this would happen.
The fix for me, I think, is to have the emails in both locations.

I’m having a creepy problem when trying to export my emails from the Windows Live Mail software.
I bought a new computer with Win10 and using the Outlook “app” on it. I’ve managed to set up my email accounts and to receive new emails, but now I want to pass on the old emails from my old computer.
I’m trying to use the Export function in WLM. I get to the skylight where I can choose the export format, but every instant I try to export to “Microsoft Exchange” format, all I get is a pop-up skylight with the heading “Export messages” that says something like “This
will export the messages from Windows Live Mail to Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Exchange.”. Since this is exactly what I want to do, I press OK. However, the pop-up skylight closes and nothing more happens. I’m still at the skylight where I can choose which
format I want to export to. If I choose the other option, i.e. Windows Live Mail format, I can continue and choose output folder, which folders I want to export, etc. But nothing happens when I choose the Microsoft Exchange format, I just end up in this loop
with this pop-up skylight!
Why is this? It is a bug? Why won’t the export guide proceed when I press OK?

I have had this phone for 2 years and it has only been used for texting and seminar. The original, primary email account that was set up when I bought the phone is a Microsoft Outlook account. I have never once used this account for transfer or receiving emails
or for any other reason. I have never downloaded or purchased any apps on this phone. Now, 2 years later, I need to put some apps on this phone and can’t purchase any. Every era I try, a dialogue box pops up requesting me to input the password for this old, original
primary account. I have no idea what the password is. I tried to retrieve it several times by going through a security questionnaire but can’t get through to the end to get verified because I can only answer the questions pertaining to my personal info and

I have not been able to sync one of my two email accounts in Outlook and the Windows Mail app.
My live.com accounts syncs OK.
My custom domain account doesn’t. I can log on to outlook.com and read my mail for this account but not in Outlook or the Mail app.
I have checked my domain alias and it IS Primary.
This problem occurs on several machines, including a Windows 10 phone.
Two are on Windows 10 Insider Fast pathway. One desktop is not.
I have created/recreated the account in the Mail app.
When I try to sync it I get:

I am loathe to delete the account in Outlook app and recreate as I might loose my mail history.
This is a desperate issue as this account is the one I use for such things as my MVP and OEM communications with Microsoft.
I have set up Outlook 365 to forward emails to various users under certain conditions. If the email comes from a limitation address and contains a certain formulate in the subject matter.
The emails will not forward! Please help.

When I go to the Sight option for Recurring events, it shows me the distinct instance for the recurring event, but I need to see the multiple entries so I can modify them.

I updated to the latest outlook web examination in mid/late September. I don’t like certain bits that are quirky – e.g. when you make an action point like move all emails from xxxx.com to xxxx.com but save last one it says done – however it doesn’t do it. Moving
emails to folders should be square forward – now you have to jump through hoops.
HOWEVER this pales in comparison to what’s happened to my contacts list – up to 4338+ contacts have been merged into one – when you search they are all linked. I did not link my FB. Linked In, or other contacts – this was automatically done – also I have
duplication of 50+ of many contacts – I never gave permission to link my contacts and when i chat to Microsoft Bear Level 1 they read from a script and say you can unlink them one by one – It would take me plough after Easter – they say that is the on;ly
way – i have talked to level 2 and am now at level 3 which is just below Mr. Gates himself – there is no way to downgrade to the original outlook – there is no way to unlink all contacts – Level 3 says it’s irreversible – I now look at my contacts list and
